The pinon-covered hills around our area
provide homes for our beautiful eagles, magnificent elk, deer, wild
turkey, mountain lion, and bear; providing ample hunting opportunity
in proper seasons.
For those archaeology enthusiasts, our
area features the famous Mesa Verde and Aztec ruins, Chimney Rock,
Chaco Canyon, with famous Gallup, NM not far away, all of which you
can find the rich history of the Native Americans.
Farmington, New Mexico, a major
regional center,
is located to the Southwest, approximately 65
miles, and has one of the best golf courses in the Four Corners
